A record of my lifelong quest to see all 37 known Vermeers — a world map of every city where one hangs, with each painting marked as I stand in front of it.

An alternative inflation calculator that measures the dollar against gold and silver rather than CPI — converting an amount into ounces at one year's price and back into dollars at another's, with the official CPI shown alongside for contrast. Historical price data from the LBMA, USGS, and FRED.

An open-source academic website template that renders as a typeset LaTeX document — plain HTML and CSS built on LaTeX.css, with KaTeX math, numbered theorems, sidenotes, and a dark mode toggle. No build step and no dependencies.

Personal website with a hand-illustrated bookshelf UI, custom typography, and interactive sketch-style navigation. Built from scratch with static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Designed, created, and hosted Literatus — a new way to rate and keep track of books using a binary search algorithm.

Statistical analysis of a deliberative democracy event with a representative sample of college students to measure depolarization. Analysis completed for undergraduate thesis, awarded the Robert Glushko Prize and later published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Classified the gender of Twitter users from their bio, most recent Tweet, and username, comparing logistic regression, an SVM with a Gaussian kernel, and Naive Bayes. Reached 70% accuracy against a published 63%, and wrote up the caveats that limit inferring the gender of anonymous users. Final project for CS 129, with Tara Parekh.

Computed run expectancy tables in order to create xwOBA+ and WAR statistics for D1 college baseball. Work completed as part of my time as Co-President of the Stanford Sports Analytics Club.

Studied how misfolded proteins, implicated in Alzheimer's, Huntington's, and Parkinson's disease, are sequestered into the juxtanuclear quality control compartment (JUNQ) in S. cerevisiae under proteotoxic stress. Research completed as part of the Biology Undergraduate Summer Research Program at the Frydman Lab, Stanford.
